AP:Few US doctors answer e-mails from patients
According to a recent Associated Press article, only about 30% of doctors in the US communicate with patients via email.
I actually prefer to communicate via email because it can be more efficient than by telephone. Additionally, it provides an automatic archive of the correspondence.
